We understand that we only get one chance to make a first impression! And with so many homes on the Pullman & Moscow market, our buyers have so many houses to choose from yours has got to stand out from the rest!  Make no mistake the time for first impressions has never been shorter!

 

 

This weekend I have spent  pretty much all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday  and Monday looking at homes with buyers in Pullman Washington.  As I am also licensed in Idaho, we also have the Moscow Idaho market from which to pick as well.   That is a lot of potential homes from which to pick!   Two were first time home buyers and the third is a potential candidate for the existing home buyer tax credit.  

 

 

 

It is important to remember that when a buyer walks into your house they will get a first impression within minutes!  Do please remember that a lot of these folks  are first time home buyers...They may not be able to see through the clutter, the things that need fixed, the smells, the darkness of an unlit home, or the coldness of an unheated home.. or a seller or tenant who interferes with a showing.  And they do really linger at those homes that show well...and those are the ones they remember positively!

Pullman Washington Open Houses - February 27, 2010
