Some Of My Favorites Things...Pictures Of Pullman WA That Is...

What does Real Estate have to do with pictures?  Well...of course there is the obvious.  Taking pictures of a home, both inside and out.  Maybe some neighborhood pictures as well.  But I also genuinely enjoy taking pictures of this great area in which I live.  And I give others a home town perspective of the part of the world that I call home here in Pullman Washington.

I also find that folks really love seeing pictures from an area that they either live in or are thinking of moving to.  I also have to admit it is one of the ways I relax.  Grabbing the camera and heading out to take pictures is one of the excuses I need to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.  I am one of those that just can't seem to relax unless there is a purpose in it.  I know that sounds contrary to relaxation, but for me it is very relaxing.

Enjoy some of my favorite pictures taken of the beautiful area in Pullman and around Pullman that I call home.

Real Estate Agency for this Pullman Washington Realtor®

Lori Cofer Realtor® Pullman WA Our real estate market in Pullman Washington is picking up activity more and more.  I know yesterday was a bit hectic with a mutually accepted offer to get to title, a luncheon, a walk through with a buyer who is getting ready to close shortly, and two new buyers back to back to look at homes.  Regardless of how hectic it is I always give each client I have my very best and full attention.  Why?  Well there are lots of reasons, including my dedication to provide the best service I possibly can.   But the first and fundamental reason is I am in THEIR  AGENT.

What exactly is an agent?  An agent is who is  empowered to act for or represent another.  To represent that client, I need to give them my best.  It isn't always an easy task as we have many clients....but when we are with that client they are the ones we are working with. For example, I do not answer my phone unless it relates to that clients needs.  But they also know I return my calls as soon as I can.  I treat each of my clients according to the golden rule.

My clients know about agency up front.  We take the time to discuss just what real estate agency is according to the Law in Washington State on our first meeting together.    They understand my personal decision not to practice dual agency. I work for my buyers only with the only exception being if they are interested in one of my listings.  As the seller has already hired me, I am happy to show them the home but if they should be interested in that home I provide several agents that I feel will take excellent care of them to assist them through the negotiation process to close.   And most greatly appreciate that and respect that.

And I find that they build a level of trust with me as a result that better enables me to do a better job for them.  They understand my motives are to help THEM.  After all I am THEIR agent.  My heart is with them and I find as a result, their heart is with me   And for that I am truly appreciative.  I have some of the very best clients there are here in Pullman.  And I am thankful that many of them chose to stay in touch as I miss them once they get settled into their new homes.  Thank goodness for facebook!

2011 ~ What Will it Hold For This Pullman WA Realtor®

What will 2011 hold for the Pullman Real Estate Market?  Of course, that is yet to be seen.  But I am a firm believer in the future is what you make of it.   As I look back at 2010, there is no doubt, I had a great year.  I helped lots of buyers into a new Pullman Washington Home.  And I helped a lot of sellers as well sell their homes.  Some left our area, others stayed here in Pullman.

As I look forward to the New Year, I find some are optimistic.  Some more pessimistic.  Instead of getting caught up in the predictions, I just keep doing what I have always been doing.  Working hard for both my buyers and sellers....providing them the very best service I can.....each and every one of them.  I let the rest take care of itself.  Some set their goals for the year.  Mine are always the same.  To provide the very best service I can to each and every client that I work with.

Today I am working on a new listing and am looking forward to getting the marketing underway.   Some feel one should wait until the Spring weather arrives. Although I agree that it is nicer to look at homes on bright sunny days.  I know my buyers right now are serious and still looking regardless of the weather.  We have been out looking on the worst of conditions.  So this Pullman Realtor®
is moving full steam ahead!!!!
