Pullman Washington Market Report - Courtesy of Lori Cofer, REALTOR ~ "Your Pullman Real Estate Connection"
Pullman Washington, home of Washington State University, sits on the far eastern border of the state in the heart of the Palouse Region. I am often asked about the term "Palouse." The Palouse covers the fertile hills and praires north of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers. Our farmground is home to many wheat, barley, canola, pea and lentil fields due to the richness of our soil. Our rolling hills are composed of silt that is the result of glacious outwashes according to scientists.
