The Spring Market is really heating up in Pullman Washington.  Homes for sale especially under the 200,000 range are going!  I know that many of my buyer clients and listing sellers are receiving the benefit of the first time tax credit.  And I have some clients who are also taking advantage of the existing homebuyers tax credit as well.

Today I talked to a wonderful young man thinking of buying a Pullman Home.  He hadn't heard about the tax credit.  So I thought I would include the great Washington Association of Realtors Video that explains the tax credit at the bottom of this market report.

Pullman Washington, home of Washington State University, sits on the far eastern border of the state.   Washington State University and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories are two of the major employers of our area.  

Winter is approaching and just last week we had our first snowfall.  The snow just touched the rolling farm fields that surround us providing a beautiful and lovely backdrop to our wonderful little community tucked into the Palouse.
