College Hill in Pullman Washington has both a real estate market for single family homes, condos and townhouses as well as investment properties as you can well imagine due to its proximity to Washington State University.
This year we have seen more activity in the single family homes, condos and townhouses than in the Investment property side.
I know that I have personally brought the buyers to two single family homes that are uniquely situated within walking distance to WSU but still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel.
