The Spring Market is really heating up in Pullman Washington. Homes for sale especially under the 200,000 range are going! I know that many of my buyer clients and listing sellers are receiving the benefit of the first time tax credit. And I have some clients who are also taking advantage of the existing homebuyers tax credit as well.
