Pioneer Hill is located in the north east section of Pullman Washington, one of four hills found in Pullman. Pioneer Hill is home to both Kruegel Park and lovely Lawson Gardens. Many of the residents of Pioneer Hill find this a big bonus to living on Pioneer Hill!
Kruegel Park is a favorite among children with great playground equipment, as well as a football field, baseball diamond and soccer field. On April 3, 2010 the Kiwanis will be sponsoring our local Easter Egg Hunt. So you can see why this park is a family favorite!
Right across the street is Lawson Gardens, a lovely formal garden that is a Pullman favorite for a stroll in the park or a backdrop for your special event.
Both these parks are within walking distance to the homes on Pioneer Hill. Homes on this hill range from vintage homes that are also within walking and biking distance of downtown Pullman as well as Washington State University. As you move further up the hill there are some truly lovely homes that range in ages from the 60's to even a few new homes on the furtherest border.
The homes on Pioneer Hill are traditionally the most sought after homes in Pullman. I would love to show them to you.
