Washington State Open House Weekend is April 10-11 2010. According to the Washington Association of Realtors, over 5,000 houses will be open this weekend. This is an important weekend, especially in view of the upcoming end of the tax credit. In order to take advantage of the tax credit, you will need to be in a mutually accepted purchase and sale agreement by April 30, 2010. That means you need to pick out your house and soon! And you need to have a contract written and signed around by the end of the month.

I have been doing them pretty consistently all season with the exception of two weekends...one I was really sick....the other I too had out of town clients that kept me busy all day.
