21 Days That's impressive great jog getting that deal wrapped up! I've been to WA, not Pullman, but is it the "norm" there for a large garage up in peoples grill when they arrive at a house?

No it is not the norm to necessarily have the garage right up front. I had another in contract in 14 days down the street and the garage is not seen from the front street....

Thanks! Yes they are thrilled! There is an interesting AR story behind this one too! I had read a blog on staging the laundry room in the AM before going to meet my new clients. She took the advice...and it really impacted the look of the home!

I had to laugh at Randy's comment because he said what I was thinking but didn't want to put into print. The entry does appear a bit minuscule when overshadowed by the giant garage.
