Pullman WA Buyer Tips: Finding Your Dream Home

Buyers often want to go out looking at homes without a preapproval, but I insist on that letter. I explain that I don't want to rush them, if they aren't prepared to make an offer because they don't have that preapproval letter, maybe they should postpone their house hunting until they get that letter. I figure that's a nice way of telling them that I only work with buyers who are ready to make offers.

I certainly understand your need to do that. You are a very busy lady! I, of course, think pre-approval letters are important too! They provide the buyer a sense of confidence as to what they can in fact afford...but I also work with buyers who might need some time to get in that position.... :)
