The days on market seem a little long, Lori. Is this less than last year?
Lori Excellent report - I like your consistent use of one color - that "brands" your posts locally. Also, I can't comment on your market, but your stats prove you know it - that's what's important
Interesting stats, Lori - I would have guessed the numbers for Moscow would be higher on sales. It looks like the pending slowed way down from a couple of months ago. I remember when I first purchased in Moscow - time on market for a nice 3/2 home might be 166 hours - not days!

Actually the DOM is very close, it was 160 DOM a year ago.......
