Pullman Washington ~ This Realtors® View of our Market, Lori Cofer Realtor®

Has the market slowed down in Pullman Washington?  I don't think so.  I know I have been very busy.  And I see other Realtors® also working and that is great news for our real estate market in Pullman.

Today was a full one for sure.  I had to run to Lewiston which is about 45 minutes south to pick up some supplies for our family business.  My husband and son own a hair salon on the campus of WSU.  All the while I was fielding client phone calls...hands free of course!  That is the law in Washington State!

I returned in time for showing a new client some homes.  It was great!  He is a smart new buyer and I enjoyed showing him a few really great homes.  That is always one of the parts of my profession I enjoy the most!
After that I worked on some contracts late...and when I came out of the office the sun was just setting...setting on a beautiful day!  Sometimes you just have to stop and appreciate the moments...this isone of those times... :)  I took this picture just hours ago in front of my car as I headed home after a really great day....

Lori - Beautiful picture.  One of the reasons I don't mind taking the dog out for a walk first thing in the morning is because of the sunrises... and the opportunities to just appreciate life and outside.

I enjoyed this "short" moment of the market analysis. No numbers, no comps, no stats. Then, you sum it up beautifully with a peaceful photo. What an idea. I may have to incorporate these into my blog too!

Hi Lori: Yes, you do need to stop every once in a while to enjoy what's around you, especially when you're as swamped as you seem to be. I know when I shoot photos of a client's back yard, I take not only shoot close-ups of the flowers, but I stop to smell the roses. I pet their cats and dogs, too. I tell them I don't go out to list short sales, I go out to visit my client's pets.

Hi Lori, This a beautiful sunset. The colors are amazing aren't they. Seeing the colors separate and glow from the reflecting sun is so fascinating. I have started a collection of cloud formations and colors.
