Pullman WA Real Estate Market Report - 10/16/10

As we are in the middle of October, I thought it would be a great time to look at our Pullman Washington Real Estate Market this year thus far. As you can see, we have Sold 120 Single Family Homes in Pullman, with 106 still Actively on the Market, and 12 Homes still Pending.

 

This year I have seen many buyers take advantage of the low rates and great prices in our Pullman real estate market.  

Is the market for selling and buying homes in Pullman over for this?  I don't think so.  I know I am still personally showing homes this coming week.  So I am seeing that buyers are still looking! Fortunately the weather  is cooperating and that sure helps!

The homes that I have typically seen move are those that are priced right, and show well.  The majoritiy of

homes that I have personally sold have been around the 200,000 price point.  And those seem to be the homes that are selling the best in Pullman right now.  That being said, we have some absolutely lovely high end homes right now that are great deals!

Knowing the size of your market, these stats illustrate you're doing a lot better than other communities in Washington. Are you thinking that you'll end up the year with about 135 - 140 sales? The Pullman area has a lot to offer for $200k.

Rene ~ Yes we are doing very well.  Of course this is JUST single family homes and only in Pullman.  Will we end up with about 134-140 closed single family homes....well I sure know I am still working.  I am working with a couple of buyers who could change that ... ;)
