Congratulations To My New Buyer in Pullman Washington!

Pullman WA Real Estate Lori CoferCongratulation to my new buyer of a Whispering Hills Home here in Pullman Washington!  I so enjoyed turning the keys over to my new buyer now home owner today!  It  was a smooth transaction from beginning to end!  And just the way the buyer, myself,  the lender, the listing agent, and the closing agent LOVE to see.   And tonight I know my new buyer is celebrating a special mile stone in her life. might sound mushy but those who know me know that is one of the things that just make me...well...ME!

I find that I really bond with my clients, I guess that the part of my job I really enjoy!  Being a people person myself, I enjoy getting the opportunity to know my clients and develop relationships that hopefully far outlast the closing of a home here in Pullman.    And I can honestly say many of which become close friends. I would say that is one of the best part of being from a small town like Pullman, I see my clients regularly in the local grocery store, or they might just stop by my office at Beasley Realty just to say Hi...and I LOVE it...LOVE it...LOVE it!   Always...please feel free to drop me a stop by.  I am always happy to see you!

Giving the buyer the keys to their new home is what makes the whole process so worthwhile.

Hello Lori.  Good for you!!  Congratulations on your closing.  It's always a great feeling when one has been of service to a family who is counting on us on such an important investment.

I often say we forget how emotional the buying process can be, since we do this for a living. That isn't the case with you, and that is a good thing.
