Finally, the snow has passed that seemed to blanket our corner of Washington and Spring is around the corner in Pullman. There are still some remnants of snow on the ground, but I have my eyes firmly fixed on the upcoming Spring Real Estate Market.
I have never been one of those who is easily satisfied. So I am always constantly refining, improving and refreshing ideas. As a result, I have spent the last several days taking a fresh look at some marketing ideas for my listings as well as for myself. It has been a lot of hard work. And a lot of fun too. I have spent hours and hours just getting everything so for an upcoming opportunity to display both my listings and some marketing materials.
Tonight I my poor husband had to go to store after store with me to select just the right materials. Bless his heart, he is patient. He knows it has to be just right. And fortunately for me, he has great taste and input.
I am excited to bring it all together and see how it looks....but the day is done...and tomorrow holds showings!

Lori, we should always be in 'learning' mode because there is always something new we can implement - and help our clients.
As far as snow is concerned...it will take a while before it melts here in MA - but the market is 'warming up'...
I have done that persistent shopping as well to get exactly what you want.... glad the juices are flowing for you again Lori.
